Our client in the NGO sector is seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Officer to provide efficient administrative and operational support and ensure the smooth running of the business. The role involves coordinating office activities, maintaining records, providing communication support, and assisting the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and management team
  • Manage office operations including supplies, filing systems, and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Maintain accurate employee, client, and supplier records
  • Support HR and finance functions with basic documentation and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-4 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
