The Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA), Naivasha Town Parish invites applications from committed Christians for the position of Administrator Accountant.

The successful candidate will support effective administration and financial management in line with the mission and values of the Church. The Administrator Accountant will report to the Session Clerk or as advised by the Session.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee school administration, staff supervision, curriculum standards, and daily operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Verify vouchers, maintain accounting records, and ensure safe custody of assets.
  • Process authorized payments and receipts, balance cashbooks, and prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with parents, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Accounting option).
  • CPA Part II.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Aged 30–45 years and a full member of PCEA.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Three-year renewable contract with six months' probation. Remuneration negotiable.
