Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-driven individual to join our team as an Admissions & Student Experience Coordinator. This role is central to driving enrolment growth, delivering an exceptional student experience, and ensuring operational excellence across administration, stock control, and coordination with finance.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Sales
- Promote and confidently “sell” Serenity Beauty Training College to prospective students and families.
- Manage inquiries, consultations, and campus visits with professionalism and warmth.
- Conduct consistent and strategic follow-ups to convert leads into enrolments.
- Clearly communicate the value of ITEC certification and career pathways.
Relationship Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, parents, and guardians.
- Create a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring first impression.
- Provide empathetic guidance throughout the student journey.
Student Experience & Coordination
- Coordinate effectively between tutors and students.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and performance, flagging issues early.
- Ensure students feel supported and aligned with the college’s values.
ITEC Liaison
- Act as the main point of contact between students and ITEC.
- Guide students through exam preparation, registration, and certification processes.
- Drive student participation in ITEC examinations.
Stock Management & Administration
- Assist with monthly stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Manage stores by tracking all stock in and stock out movements.
- Monitor product usage and identify consumption trends or irregularities.
- Flag low stock levels in advance and ensure awareness of re-order thresholds.
- Report any stock discrepancies, losses, or inefficiencies promptly.
- Maintain an organized and structured stock control system.
Finance Coordination
- Work closely with the Serenity Spa accountant assigned to the college.
- Support accurate reporting by ensuring all relevant operational and stock data is up to date.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in all reporting processes.
Market Awareness & Growth
- Continuously research into competitors and market trends.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen the college’s positioning.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase enrolment and brand visibility.
Administration & Organization
- Maintain structured and accurate records of leads, enrolments, and student progress.
- Ensure all systems and processes are efficient, transparent, and well-managed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum Intake: 25 students per semester.
- ITEC Participation: Minimum 70% of students registered for ITEC examinations.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Strong conversion from inquiry to enrolment.
- Follow-Up Efficiency: All leads contacted within 24–48 hours.
- Student Retention: High retention and satisfaction levels.
- Stock Accuracy: Minimal discrepancies between physical and recorded stock.
- Stock Management: Timely reporting of low stock and adherence to re-order levels.
- Operational Efficiency: Smooth coordination between students, tutors, and finance.
- Work with a string Referral Culture.
Sales & Marketing Expectations
The successful candidate will actively contribute to growing the college through:
- Building partnerships with salons, spas, and industry professionals.
- Leveraging WhatsApp groups, social media, and referral networks.
- Assist manager with organizing open days, workshops, and experiential events.
- Document and share student success stories and testimonials with the team and manager.
- Assist with driving school outreach programmes and career talks.
- Assist with developing targeted intake campaigns and promotions.
- Bringing innovative, out-of-the-box ideas to grow the brand.
