Job Descriptions
• Administering template to capture the necessary key information concerning nomadic education;
• Preparing reliable statistic of nomads and their school-aged children and establishing a data bank;
• Carrying out community outreach programmes on basic education in nomadic areas;
• Distributing publication of organization to the stakeholders;
• Establishing and maintaining data bank of relevant stakeholders; and
• Implementing advocacy strategic plans and programmes in accordance with the Council’s mandate
• Identifying research problems and gaps related to nomadic education in Kenya;
• Collecting, collating and analysing data relating to the basic education of marginalized and nomadic communities; and
• Generating and identifying research intelligence to inform policy.

Person Descriptions
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Education, Statistics, Economics, Community development, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology or any other related discipline
