Job Purpose

To drive sales performance and operational efficiency within the agrochemicals segment by leading and supporting the sales team, ensuring effective coordination of field activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role is responsible for supervising interns and sales staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring performance, and delivering timely reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement in sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single, reliable communication bridge
  • Ensure all interns understand and strictly adhere to all policies, including safety, data privacy (confidentiality), IT usage, and code of conduct.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any logistical or interpersonal challenges with the interns
  • Monitor work attendance of interns, including time off and sick offs
  • Provide reports, including but not limited to achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements in the engagement of interns.
  • Prepare and submit reports, field visit reports/ work reports.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Agribusiness sales management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams.
