JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:
To represent the hotel at the airport, providing a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests. This role is responsible for managing hotel-related logistics and transportation at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet arriving guests at the airport, assist with luggage, and coordinate transportation to the hotel.
• Manage the departure process for guests, ensuring timely transfers back to the airport.
• Maintain a professional and visible presence at the designated airport location.
• Coordinate with the hotel's front office and reservations team regarding guest arrivals and special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Liaise with airport officials and ground handling staff as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a hotel, airline, or travel agency.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of airport procedures and terminal layouts is a strong advantage.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including shifts.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
