ABOUT RISELINK HR CONSULTANCY

Riselink HR Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare institution.

Job Purpose

Provide safe, timely, and professional ambulance transportation services while supporting emergency medical response teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients during emergencies and referrals.
• Ensure the ambulance is clean, roadworthy, and fully equipped.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Assist emergency medical personnel during patient transport.
• Maintain vehicle service and maintenance records.
• Observe traffic regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, or incidents promptly.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during transportation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid driving license with appropriate class endorsement.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience driving ambulances or emergency vehicles.
