How you'll contribute (includes but not limited to):

Support research design and preparation by conducting desk research, literature reviews, interpreting research questions, and identifying relevant data sources under supervision.

Contribute defined components across multiple research and advisory projects, including experimental designs, proposals, pitch decks, and structured workplan execution.

Assist in data processes end-to-end, including sourcing, cleaning, organizing, basic analysis, survey design and testing, and coordinating with data and programming teams to ensure quality.

Support fieldwork and data collection by coordinating logistics, monitoring quality, flagging risks early, and ensuring adherence to research protocols.

Contribute to knowledge products such as reports, presentations, internal briefs, and documentation by synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights.

Maintain strong project management hygiene by updating trackers, managing timelines, coordinating meetings, supporting onboarding and off-boarding, and ensuring cross-team communication with operations, finance, and procurement.

Strengthen organizational impact by participating in team forums, internal training, cross-team initiatives, and by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and proactive risk escalation.
