We are seeking results-driven Animal Feeds Field Sales Representatives to drive sales growth across Kiambu, Nairobi Outskirts, Thika, and Murang’a.

• Developing and managing customer relationships with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, and livestock producers
• Executing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies
• Growing territory sales
• Supporting collections
• Achieving set sales targets

• Strong field sales capabilities
• Ability to manage territories, secondary sales, and collections

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in field sales within animal feeds or agricultural inputs
• Strong animal feeds sales background is mandatory
• Proven experience in field sales / Route-to-Market (RTM) execution
• Experience working with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, or livestock value chains
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Willingness to operate extensively in field-based environments
• Valid driving license will be an added advantage
