Role Overview
The HCM Application Support Analyst will support clients using the company's HR and payroll software, troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, assisting with system testing, and providing user guidance and training when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application support issues.
- Investigate, document, and escalate software defects.
- Support clients with inquiries related to HCM, payroll, and HRIS systems.
- Assist with QA testing and system updates.
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base documentation.
- Provide occasional training to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information.
Required Skills
Preferred Experience
- HRIS/HCM platforms
- Payroll and Benefits administration
- PrismHR, HRPyramid, or other PEO/ASO software
Ideal Candidate
A technical and customer-focused professional with experience supporting HR or payroll systems, capable of troubleshooting software issues and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application support issues.

- Support clients with inquiries related to HCM, payroll, and HRIS systems.
