About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team for a 4-month contract period. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our upcoming architectural design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

The Architect will be responsible for:

• Developing architectural designs from concept to completion.
• Ensuring designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams.
• Producing detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Managing project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in architectural design or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar software.
• A strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work within strict project timelines.
• Availability to commit to the 4-month contract period.
