JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties

Sales Target Achievement; Deliver monthly and quarterly cement tonnage and revenue targets across the territory, driving both primary distributor sales and secondary retail sell-through to maintain consistent volume and channel balance.

Distributor Management; Monitor distributor stock levels, order frequency, and off-take patterns to prevent stock-outs and overstocking; support distributors in planning and maintaining adequate supply to serve downstream demand

Qualifications or requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience needed

3–5 years of field sales experience, ideally in Cement, Building Materials, Paints, or FMCG.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
