Job Description
Provide proactive support to Relationship Managers by delivering a personalized and superior transactional banking experience to Wealth and Investment clients. This includes processing client instructions across account opening, payments, investments, lending, and other transactional products.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints in line with Wealth and Investment service standards, while identifying cross‑selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Maintain strict adherence to risk management controls and operational processes to minimize losses.
Qualifications
Field of Study:
Finance, Investment or any other related field
CISI certification is an added advantage
Experience Required
- 3-5 years
- Proven track record in the financial services industry, preferably with relationship management experience in Wealth and Investment, Business Banking or Investment Banking
- Banking experience, preferably dealing with high net-worth individuals in a portfolio context.
- Experienced in upholding the highest levels of service.
- Exposure to branch back-office and sales support functions.
- Experience in completing loan applications successfully
