JOB DETAILS:

ASSISTANT BUTCHER

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Cutting: Help the head butcher with cutting, trimming, and boning of meats .
• Operate Equipment: Use grinders, saws, and wrapping machines for meat processing .
• Prepare Display: Arrange meat products attractively for display .
• Maintain Records: Assist in keeping records of meat received and issued .
• Maintain Hygiene: Clean and sanitize work area and equipment to ensure food safety .

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
