Academic Requirements
Requirements
- DIPLOMA Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building and Construction or a relevant area from a recognized institut
- KCSEORKCE KCSE C- (minus) or KCE DIV III aggregate
Other Job Requirements
Requirement
- Have at least five (5) years relevant work experience supervising buildings and construction projects
- Be proficient in using relevant computer applications and construction equipment
- Demonstrate technical capacity, communication and problem solving skills and diligence in executing tasks
- NB: Registration with the Institute of Clerk of Works- Kenya/Site Supervisor with the National Construction Authority will be an added advantage
