Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Finance supports the management of financial operations, budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and statutory compliance while supervising finance staff and promoting sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Supervise finance staff and review accounting records.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

• Relevant experience in finance or accounting, including supervisory responsibilities.
