WE ARE HIRING: Assistant People & Culture Manager

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant People & Culture Manager to support daily HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong HR experience, excellent communication, and a passion for building positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily People & Culture operations, including payroll, attendance, HRIS management, and employee records.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, audits, benefits, and expatriate requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, investigations, and workplace conflict resolution professionally.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, engagement programs, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with leaders on performance and HR metrics.

  • Strong HR operations skills in payroll, attendance, HRIS, and employee records.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, audits, and expatriate requirements.
  • Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Leadership and analytical skills for performance and HR metrics.
