Position: Assistant Pharmacist
Role Summary
Support pharmacy operations through medication dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications as prescribed
- Counsel patients on dosage, usage, and side effects
- Manage pharmacy inventory and stock records
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Support drug ordering and expiry monitoring
Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
- Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
- Hospital or clinic experience is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
