QUALIFICATIONS :

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, ensuring that goods and services are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
• Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain Management from a recognized Institution.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in a procurement environment, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Computer efficiency skills.
• Knowledge of contract law is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of e-procurement systems.
• Knowledge of Public Procurement and Disposal Act.
