JOB DETAILS:
Assistant Team Leader – Operations
Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 10+ years relevant experience in quarry, mining, or heavy industrial operations
• Strong people supervision and shift coordination skills (supervisory experience is an added advantage)
• Solid understanding of plant uptime, maintenance coordination, safety, and production targets
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
Level of Education: bachelor degree
