Duties and Responsibilities

This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will include:-

• undertaking training in areas of specialization in accordance with the syllabus;
• preparing teaching/learning materials and schemes of work;
• (ii)setting and marking examinations/assignments;
• carrying out research work under the guidance and supervision of a senior trainer and supervising trainees projects and practical work

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -

• Diploma in Technical Education, Fashion Design and Clothing Technology or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and
• Certificate in Computer application skills
• Should have Pedagogy or Practical experience of not less than one (1) year

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
