JOB DETAILS:
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Minimum of a 2nd class upper Bachelors of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
- Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate.
- Have at least 2 years post admission experience in a busy law firm.
- Experience in drafting, review and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience in Company Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Not-for-profits.
- Have knowledge and practical experience in Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), and Fintech.
- Excellent research skills and drafting of legal documents.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
