QSSK-APM-Associate Property Manager at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

Job Purpose

The Associate Property Manager will focus on an assigned group of assets and serve as the primary interface and facilitator of all engagements, issues, and projects on the properties under their purview. The role involves partnering cross-functionally with peers in Property Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales departments, and partnering directly with property owners and their designees. The role utilizes strong project management and customer service skills to ensure all property needs are addressed timely and completely to deliver results for property owners and in the client’s best interest.

Key Responsibilities

Property Owner Relations

  • Triage document requests to the appropriate teams within property management.
  • Assess and resolve landlord inquiries within established SLAs.
  • Intake and resolve low/medium complexity property owner relations concerns that do not require escalation or approval from key internal stakeholders.
  • Route higher complexity issues to the correct internal teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to support end-to-end land operations and/or property finance processes.
  • Create and manage documents for landowner interactions and triage to the appropriate internal teams.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and partner with management to build efficiencies and redefine process documents.
  • Execute vendor performance management to drive standardized, efficient transactions that maximize value, service quality, and cost optimization.

Other Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Concentration in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Law, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience supporting projects, deals, or transactions in a high-volume environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service and the ability to successfully manage projects is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts, is preferred.
  • Telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Oracle, and Salesforce systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Core Competencies

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
