Production Support: Assist in planning and managing production activities, including scheduling and workflow coordination, to meet job orders and goals. Process Monitoring: Oversee and monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and assist with quality assurance testing. Equipment Management: Maintain and operate production equipment, ensuring it functions correctly and efficiently. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and malfunctions in a timely manner. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate production records, generate reports as needed, and document workflows. Inventory Management: Help manage inventory and supplies, including ordering materials and ensuring proper storage. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, conduct safety audits, and promote a safe working environment. Collaboration: Work with supervisors, cross-functional teams (e.g., quality control, supply chain), and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks, maintain schedules, and organize information effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams, supervisors, and potentially clients. Technical Skills: Ability to understand and operate production equipment and relevant software, with knowledge that varies by industry. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions to keep production running smoothly. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in monitoring processes and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.
