Job Description

Role Summary

The Azure AI Developer will be responsible for building, deploying, and managing intelligent AI agents within the Azure AI ecosystem. This includes leveraging services like Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and AI Search to design scalable, production-ready AI systems. The developer will work closely with Copilot and front-end teams to deliver cohesive AI-driven user experiences.

Experience Level: 5+ years in Data Engineering | 3+ years in Domain Expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents using Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services.
• Develop prompt flows, data connectors, and APIs to enable AI-powered automation.
• Build and manage the end-to-end pipeline - from data ingestion to model inference.
• Optimize agents for reliability, scalability, and real-world use cases.
• Integrate AI services with other business applications and workflow engines.
• Collaborate with Copilot Studio and React teams for system alignment.
• Maintain security, governance, and monitoring standards in line with Azure best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Azure AI development.
• Strong proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and AI Studio.
• Experience developing or deploying LLM-based agents (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript for AI service integration.
• Deep understanding of API design, security models, and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI model fine-tuning, vector databases, or prompt engineering.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio.
