Yellow Pages Kenya is a full-service digital agency providing print, online and digital services. We have been in existence for over 30 years, present in Angola, Sao Tome, East Timor, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and now in Tanzania handling advertising needs for corporates, SMEs, and small businesses across our group companies

Responsibilities or duties

Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management

Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients

Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools

Qualifications or requirements

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline

Hands-on experience using CRM tools

Experience needed

2–3 years’ proven B2B sales experience

Experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency is mandatory

Any other provided details

Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
