JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Sales Associate to join our team. As a Beauty Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store. You will be a brand ambassador, educating customers on our products and helping them find the perfect beauty solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
