We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our Business Development Associate. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong research, writing, and organizational skills who is keen to grow within a dynamic audit and consulting firm. The Assistant will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities from different sources, managing proposal development processes, and maintaining vital business records and databases.

Job Summary: The position encompasses all activities geared towards winning new jobs in all areas of services offered by the Firm.

Proactively searching for Request for Proposals (RIPs), pre-qualification opportunities and assisting in drafting audit and other firm’s service proposals and business development reports and presentations. Support in continuous market research to identify new business opportunities, new markets, industry trends and customer needs. Assist in coordinating BD initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution. Maintain client databases, track interactions, and ensure accurate documentation of business development activities. Maintain up-to-date Firm’s profile Creativity in proposal development
Excellent interpersonal abilities with high integrity and upholds confidentiality. Self-motivated, taking initiative and being proactive in identifying business opportunities.
Recently completed a degree in Business - Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field. Project management skills for planning assignments, strong analytical and research skills. Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and various search engines Excellent verbal, writing and proof-reading skills with attention to detail.
