JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for Business Development Officers (BDOS). They will be involved in business development and sales strategies to ensure the company achieves its corporate goals in terms of growth (sales targets), profitability, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business-related course.
- Professional qualification in Insurance or Demonstrate Progress (ACII, CII or IIK).
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience selling life products.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance industry and the Kenyan market.
