Job Summary:

Naivas Supermarket is seeking skilled and passionate Bakers to join our bakery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.
• Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation and minimize wastage.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Baking, Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a baker is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
