Workforce HR Consultants is recruiting for restaurant positions in Gigiri,Karen, Westlands & Kilimani.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Baker to prepare a variety of baked products while ensuring quality, consistency, and freshness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate baking equipment safely.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Manage ingredient inventory and report stock requirements.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Bakery and Pastry is an advantage.
• Previous baking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12
