We're looking for baking pros who can roll, swirl, and bake our iconic Cinnabons to perfection! If you've got the skills, speed, and attention to detail to keep the ovens hot and the buns flawless, we want you in our kitchen. Precision is key, passion is a must-because at Cinnabon, baking is the heart of the magic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake all Cinnabon products as per brand recipes and SOPs. Ensure proper proofing, mixing, baking, and finishing of products. Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all prep and baking areas. Follow daily production schedules based on sales forecasts.
- Support inventory management and report shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to meet service timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef in a professional Food & Beverage setting (e.g., bakery, café, hotel).
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work early shifts or flexible hours.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent, delicious products.
