Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage production schedules and maintain high product quality standards.
- Monitor and control production to minimize wastage.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to grow the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of raw materials and supplies.
- Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage the company fleet, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance coordination, fuel monitoring, and driver supervision.
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Support management in strategic planning and business
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
- Ensure proper maintenance and efficient utilization of bakery equipment and machinery
- Coordinate distribution and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment
