Job Summary

The Mixologist/Barman is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining bar standards, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Create innovative drink recipes and recommend beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and licensing regulations.
• Monitor bar stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Engage with guests professionally to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Barman in a bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during late hours.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
