Key Resource Services Ltd is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and experienced Baristas / Food Servers (Service Crew) to join a well-reputed coffee company in Bahrain. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Take customer orders and serve food items.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport.
• Must be 21–28 years old.
• Previous experience in the same field is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in a team.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented.
