Job Summary

As a Barista at Kombe Suites, you will craft premium coffee profiles and specialty beverages for our global clientele. You will bring deep knowledge of coffee origin profiles, grind parameters, milk textures, and creative latte art to provide an elite cafe experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and specialty signature drinks consistently.
• Operate, calibrate, and meticulously clean commercial espresso equipment, grinders, and bar utilities.
• Manage coffee bean inventory, track freshness parameters, and maintain a pristine café counter setup.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Barista within a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or high-end specialty cafe.
• Thorough understanding of extraction times, milk frothing art, and diverse brewing methodologies.
• Engaging interpersonal approach with the ability to chat with international guests effortlessly.
