Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.

Customer Service

• Assist customers in selecting beverages.
• Process beverage orders efficiently.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment.

Hygiene & Inventory

• Keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Monitor beverage supplies and report stock shortages.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Barista Training.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Barista.
