Barman

We are seeking a skilled, energetic, and customer-oriented Barman to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining high service standards, and creating an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Create a variety of cocktails and mixed drinks using professional mixology techniques.
• Prepare quality coffee and espresso-based beverages as a barista.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with guests and responding to their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
• Monitor bar stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar supplies.
• Process customer orders accurately and handle payments where applicable.
• Adhere to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Must possess additional skills in barista services and mixology.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, spirits, coffee preparation, and other bar products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
