Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve an extensive range of premium cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, style, and artistry.
• Design and develop innovative signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus that reflect the resort's ethos and delight our guests.
• Expertly prepare a full range of barista beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, demonstrating skill in latte art and brewing techniques.
• Provide warm, engaging, and professional service to guests at the bar, lounge, and café areas, personalizing each interaction.
• Manage bar and coffee station operations, including inventory control, stock rotation, and impeccable cleanliness.
• Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene without compromise.
• Assist in mentoring and training junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Enhance revenue by thoughtfully upselling premium beverages and creating unique tasting experiences for guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender/Mixologist in a luxury hotel, upscale bar, or fine dining establishment.
• Strong, demonstrated barista skills with the ability to consistently prepare high-quality, specialty coffee beverages.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, classic and modern cocktail techniques, and current beverage trends.
• Excellent customer service, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in bartending, mixology, or barista training is a significant advantage.
