JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
• Monitor beverage inventory and replenish stock.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Verify customers' legal drinking age where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Promote beverage specials and menu items.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Bartending.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.

Experience

• Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel is preferred.
