Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in finding the right beauty products to meet their needs.
• Providing product knowledge and beauty advice.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for beauty and a strong understanding of beauty products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
