Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our finance team. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for accurately preparing and issuing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining billing records.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional education in accounting, finance, or business administration is beneficial.
• 1-2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or related administrative roles.
• Experience in a CFS or logistics environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail to verify the accuracy of charges and documentation.
