Key Responsibilities:

Verify and process patient billing in accordance with hospital tariffs and insurance schemes

Prepare accurate invoices, credit notes, and billing reports

Liaise with insurance companies and SHA on claims and reconciliations

Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and patient accounts

Collaborate with finance and health records departments to resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Health Records and Information Technology (must have studied Health Records)

Minimum 3 years' billing experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting

Sound knowledge of medical insurance billing (SHA, private insurers)

Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills

Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
