Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Provide technical support and user training to laboratory personnel on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Ensure all equipment meets required safety, calibration, and operational standards.
  • Support marketing and promotion of laboratory equipment to clients and healthcare facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of service reports, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Conduct site visits and respond to technical service requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Practical experience working within a laboratory or biomedical engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, consumables, and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on technical approach.
