Biomedical Engineer (Sales & Service)

This role combines technical mastery, commercial acumen, and customer-facing engagement ideal for professionals who want to contribute to improved healthcare technologies across Kenya.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct product demos and technical presentations
  • Install, calibrate & maintain medical equipment
  • Provide preventive maintenance, repairs & troubleshooting
  • Deliver user training and after-sales support

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in biomedical/medical equipment sales or a sales + technical support combination.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and manage multiple projects independently.
  • Familiarity with healthcare procurement processes and hospital workflows (an added advantage)
