JOB DETAILS:
Biomedical Sales Representative – King’s Ophthalmics
Location: Nairobi
Industry: Medical Equipment / Ophthalmics
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new clients including hospitals, NGOs, and clinics
- Promote and sell ophthalmic/biomedical equipment and consumables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and procurement teams
- Support tendering processes, including bid preparation and pricing strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support during installations
- Represent the company at medical conferences and exhibitions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
- 2–5+ years’ experience in medical/biomedical or institutional sales
- Strong network in hospitals/NGOs is an added advantage
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of medical equipment
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel
