Role Context

Blister Machine Operator to operate and monitor blister packaging machines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient packaging of products while maintaining compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.

Qualifications or Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Pharmaceutical Technology
• Knowledge of GMP and quality control procedures
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based production environment

Experience Needed

• 1–3 years experience operating packaging machinery (pharmaceutical/FMCG preferred)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
