BOUNCERS / SECURITY

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining safety, security, and order within the hotel, lounge, conference centre, and surrounding premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Protect guests, employees, company property, and facilities.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities or security incidents.
• Maintain order during events and entertainment activities.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Conduct security checks where required.
• Maintain incident and security reports.
• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Previous security, bouncer, or related experience is preferred.
• Good physical fitness.
• Alertness and strong observation skills.
• Good communication and conflict-management skills.
• High level of discipline and integrity.
• Relevant security training is an advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
