Conflict Resolution: Identifying and de-escalating potential conflicts or arguments between patrons using communication skills before resorting to physical intervention. Safety Enforcement: Patrolling the premises, identifying potential safety hazards, and ensuring rules are followed to prevent theft, harassment, or other illegal activities. Ejection of Patrons: When necessary, safely and professionally removing individuals who are disruptive, overly intoxicated, or violate venue policies. Emergency Response: Assisting in emergency situations, such as medical incidents or fires, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when needed.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication is key to interacting with a diverse clientele and de-escalating tense situations. Physical Fitness: The ability to stand for extended periods, patrol the venue, and, if required, physically restrain or escort individuals from the premises.
