Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Leader to manage and grow our operations in a key branch location. The Branch Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, including sales, operations, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of branch staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand customer base and market share.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery and build strong customer relationships.
  • Manage branch operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor branch performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the financial services or automotive sector.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in the Kenyan market is an advantage.
